After graduating culinary school, Shingo Komoto developed his career at a teppanyaki restaurant in Cologne, Germany. He finds inspiration in the ingredients he works with, and strives for beautiful form and figure. He enjoys exploring exciting and experimental cooking ideas in front of guests, keeping them in a state of anticipation over what he’ll create next.
