USAGE OF FACILITIES

pürovel spa & sport is a facility for in-house guests, fitness members and their visitors. Visitors must be accompanied by fitness members to enjoy the facilities.

The minimum age for the usage of the spa and sport facilities is 16 years. Children between 6 – 16 years are allowed to access the pool if accompanied by an adult. For safety purposes, access to the gym area for children below 16 years is not permitted. Please refer to the “Child Policy” below for further information.

 

USAGE FEE

• In-House Guests: Fitness Gym and Swimming Pool access is free of charge. Japanese Bath and Sauna usage is not included in the Swiss Advantage Room package – checked-in guests can access for an additional fee of JPY2,200 (inclusive of tax) per person. The rate is valid for one day, from 12 pm until 12 pm the next day.
• Visitors of Fitness members: A fee of JPY 2,200 (inclusive of tax) for each area per person applies. If using two or all facilities with one entry, a package fee of JPY 3,300 per person (inclusive of tax) applies.

 

GUESTS WITH BOOKING FOR MASSAGE & TREATMENTS

• Spa area (Japanese Bath and Sauna) access is free of charge.

 

RENTAL ITEMS

Training wear, t-shirts, shoes, socks and swimming suites are available at JPY 550 each per use (inclusive of tax).

• Guests are required to make use of the available rental items if they did not bring the appropriate attire to use the facilities.
• Swimming goggles are available for purchase (JPY 1,980 per item, inclusive of tax).

 

CAPACITY

• Due to the safety reasons, the number of people in each establishment is limited.

 

REMARKS

• No lifeguard is stationed in the pool area. Guests are advised to use the swimming pool at their own risk.
• Please use appropriate swimwear and it is also recommended to wear swimming caps when using the pool.
• Disorderly behavior of any kind, including excessive noise, horse play and running around the premises is prohibited.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol and medical care may not be permitted to use any facilities within pürovel spa & sport.
• Any food or beverages are not allowed to be brought in and consumed within the premises.
• All guests are to adhere to all regulations stipulated by pürovel spa & sport.

 

 

CHILD POLICY

• Children between 6 – 16 years have access to the swimming pool and spa area only between 9:00 – 18:00.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult within the facility.
• Parents are advised to have their children utilise the lockers and Japanese bath of their respective gender.
• Children below 6 years are not permitted to use the facilities due to safety reasons.
• Admission fee: JPY 2,200 per children per overnight stay (inclusive of tax) if usage is not included in the room accommodation package. Accompanying adults will be charged admission fees separately.
• No rental items are available for children.
• For safety reasons, children are not permitted to use the gym facilities.
• The use of toys in and around the swimming pool is not permitted.
