Our traditional massages take you on a restorative journey. From our focused body therapies to our full-course rituals, we use high-quality herbal healing oils to target your body’s energy lines and melt away the tension. You can choose from an array of deep healing therapies, from head and full-body massages to face-slimming treatments using collagen lotion, all designed for your head-to-toe renewal.
Many of our courses conclude with a traditional green tea service in a private room. This allows you to continue the calm, quiet moment while gently transitioning back to the outside world. This is the Omotenashi treatment, where warm hospitality and superb service meet to create a truly special experience.

Within Purovel Spa & Sport at the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka, you will find a gym, sauna, Japanese bath, a 20-metre indoor swimming pool with three lanes and an adjacent hot tub, as well as five tranquil treatment rooms providing a wide range of rejuvenating treatments and massages.
From the tatami floors to the stunning hanging scrolls adorning the walls, each of our treatment rooms offers an immersive and serene atmosphere to complement our organic products and the expert hands of our masseurs. Enjoy views of the courtyard garden or rock garden before adjourning to the traditional Japanese baths, sauna or jacuzzi.
Our fitness centre features state-of-the-art equipment and a 3-lane pool available for guests wishing to keep in shape. We kindly remind visitors that anyone under the influence of alcohol or with existing medical conditions will not be permitted to use these facilities. No lifeguard is stationed in the pool area. Guests are advised to use the swimming pool at their own risk.
For your convenience, training wear, training shoes and swimsuits are available for rental, priced at JPY550 each per usage. All rental gear are thoroughly cleaned following the hotel’s standards for your health and safety.
