Personal Information Privacy Statement

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Life & Style Members (herein, referred to as “the Member”) can enjoy the following membership benefits at the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and Pullman Tokyo Tamachi Hotel (herein, referred to as “the Hotel”). The Member is required to present his/her Life & Style Membership Card in order to receive the benefits (with the exception of transferable benefits). Please inform the front desk or restaurant staff if you forgot to bring a certificate. Full payment will be required first, and it will be fully refunded later.

1.Dining Benefits

a. Membership Card Discounts on Food

1) Membership Card Discounts on Dine-In:
Upon presentation of the Membership Card, the member is entitled to discounts off food only at all participating restaurants, lounges, and bars in the Hotel (exceptions, blackout dates and service charges may apply) as per the following table, according to the number of diners.

Membership discount is applied before service charge and taxes, and is not applicable to beverage.

For Swissôtel Nankai Osaka:
The Member dining alone – 35% discount
2 Persons including the Member – 35% discount
3 Persons including the Member – 30% discount
4 Persons including the Member – 25% discount
5 Persons including the Member – 20% discount
6 -10 Persons including the Member – 15 discount
11 Persons or more including the Member – 10% discount

2) Membership Card Discounts on Take-away:
The Member can enjoy fifteen percent (15%) discount on Swiss Gourmet take-away products from the Hotel. Selected items may be excluded from the discount. Exclusion date for Food and Beverages Consumption. on the following excluded days, 15% discount on take-out products with Swiss Gourmet do not apply.

For Pullman Tokyo Tamachi Hotel:
Member 9 guests (1-15 persons) – 30% discount

b. Membership Card Discounts on Beverages:
The Member can enjoy fifteen percent (15%) discount on beverages at all participating restaurants, lounges and bars in the Hotel (Exceptions, blackout dates and service charges may apply). The Member also enjoys fifteen percent (15%) discount on bottle keep at Table36 (Membership discount is applied before service charge and taxes). Choice of beverages and bottles subject to hotel’s discretion – please check with the restaurant in advance.

c. Exclusion date for Food and Beverages Consumption
On the following excluded days, the regular discount set out in (1a) (above table) and the discount for take-out products with Swiss gourmet do not apply. Instead, on the following day of exclusion, when you eat up to 10 people including members discount 15% from the cooking fee, and when eating with more than 11 people including members, we will discount 10% from the food menu. For drinks, we offer a 15% discount at any time, regardless of the dates indicated below (1b). In addition, please note that the exclusion date is subject to change without prior notice.

d. Crazy Wednesday:
On Wednesdays, the Member can avail as much as fifty percent (50%) discount off food only when Member (1 person) or a total of two (2) people including the Member dines in.
1)Crazy Wednesday discount is not applicable on Blackout Dates (1c) and public holidays unless otherwise stated.
2)Membership discount is applied before service charge 13%and taxes and is not applicable to beverages.
3)Discount is not applicable for tables of three (3) people or more. Only one (1) membership card is valid per table, per mealtime, and per occasion. Splitting of bill is prohibited.

e. Selected and promotional menus may be excluded from the discount. Please check with the restaurant in advance. Membership Card discounts on food and beverage are not applicable for in-room dining, banquets, and events held at function rooms unless otherwise stated.

f. Only one (1) Membership Card may be used per party, per table, per group. The main Membership Card and Supplementary Membership Card may not be used at the same time in the same restaurant, lounge, or bar.

g. Children will be counted as the number of guests for Membership Card discounts on Food (1a), regardless of their age, when ordering a meal. When children eat for free, they will not be counted against the number of guests.

h. Membership Card discounts on food and beverages not valid in conjunction with any other member discounts, offers or special promotions.

 

2. Benefits regarding accommodation

a. Member special discount rate Only when members have made direct bookings at the hotel (except for bookings via other websites and other travel agencies etc.), the Best Available Rate (the hotel is the most favored of the hotel rates officially offered) 15% more discount than room rate.

At Pullman Tokyo Tamachi 10% more discount than room rate.

b. Room bookings should be made through the reservations department 06-6646-1119 or from the Hotel’s official website. The Member is required to state his/her intention to use the Life & Style benefits at the time of reservation. When booking online, the Member is required to input his/her Life & Style Membership Card number in the field provided.

c. The Member’s Rate may not be used in conjunction with any online promotional rates offered on the Hotel’s official website, other websites, or services.

d. Mileage points will not be credited when the Member makes a reservation using the Member’s Rate.

e. There is no Blackout Date at the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and Pullman Tokyo Tamachi Hotel.

f. This discount is valid for up to 2 rooms only for members themselves.

 

3. Banqueting

a. The Member is entitled to receive a ten percent (10%) discount on food only for banquet and wedding events, subject to availability. The Member will receive a five percent (5%) discount on the total bill including tax and service charge when a banquet Plan Package is chosen.

b. This discount will be only applied on direct bookings made in advance, and the Member is required to state his/her intention to use the benefit during the time of booking.

c. This discount will not be applied on bookings made through third-party services or other websites.

d. This benefit is non-transferable.

CERTIFICATES

4. Complimentary One (1) Night Accommodation
(Swiss Advantage Room) for two (2) people

a. Upon presentation of this certificate, the member is entitled to a one (1) night complimentary stay in a Swiss Advantage Room at the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka. This certificate includes breakfast for two (2) persons at Table36 and access to pürovel spa & sport (gym, sauna & bath, and pool, with the exception of the treatment menus) for up to two (2) persons. An extra bed will be 10,000 yen required when three (3) people stay in a room. (breakfast is included)

b. Advance reservations are required stating an intention to use the certificate. The Member is required to book directly through the reservations department (06-6646-1119). This certificate is subject to room availability, and members are advised to make a reservation at the earliest time to ensure availability and avoid inconvenience.

c. The Member may choose to have their room upgraded subject to applicable additional charges. Choice of Executive Room or Junior Suite Room upgrade entitles the Member to free access to the Swiss Executive Lounge. Benefits including complimentary gourmet breakfast, evening cocktails with snacks and access to pürovel spa & sport (gym, sauna & bath and pool, with the exception of treatment menus).

d. This benefit is non-transferable.

e. JPY 5,000 Discount Certificates may not be used in conjunction with this certificate.

f. Cancellation policy without charge till 18:00 one day before arrival. If it is canceled later or if the cancellation is not announced at all, the Complimentary One Night Accommodation Certificate will be redeemed.  Without the certificate, we will charge you the price of one night.

5. Complimentary Executive Room upgrade certificate

a. The member must present valid Membership Card and surrender this certificate upon check-in.

b. Room reservation is required in advance prior to stay. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of making the reservation. (Reservation: 06-6646-1119)

c. During the accommodation period, the in-house guests are entitled to access to Swiss Executive Lounge with gourmet breakfast, evening cocktails and snacks.

d. Free internet access during the stay.

e. Free access to pürovel spa & sport (Gym, Sauna & Bath, and Indoor Pool, except for personal training and spa treatment menus).

f. Blackout dates apply; please refer to L&S Terms and Conditions.

g. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with L&S Complimentary One (1) Night Accommodation certificate.

h. This certificate is non-transferable.

 

6. JPY 5,000 Discount Certificates
This certificate is applicable to both dining and accommodation.

a. This certificate may be used throughout the year, on public holidays and blackout dates for either restaurant dining or accommodation stay.

Certificate may not be used with selected/ promotional menus or plans – please check with the restaurant or reservations department in advance.

b. This certificate is fully transferable if the Member’s signature is given and must be presented upon dining or check-in and surrendered in order to avail the benefits.

c. At the restaurants, lounges and bars

1)This certificate is valid for redemption at all participating restaurants, lounges and bars. Only one (1) certificate is valid per table, per meal time, and per occasion with a minimum spend of JPY 15,000 (inclusive of taxes and service charge).

2)Membership Card Discounts on food may be used in conjunction with this voucher. Food discount is applied after JPY 5,000 is deducted from the food bill. For beverages, a fifteen percent (15%) discount will be applied before service charge and taxes. Blackout dates are applicable and general food discount will apply on blackout dates.

3)This certificate includes applicable taxes and service charge.

4)Membership card discount is applied before service charge.

5)This certificate may not be used in conjunction with Crazy Wednesday discount.(1d)

d. For Accommodation

1)This certificate is valid for redemption when staying in an Advantage Room or any higher room category booked with The Member’s Rate discount at the Hotel.

2)Only one (1) certificate is redeemable per paid room stay (not per night). The certificate may be also used for day-use of any rooms.

3)This certificate may be used in conjunction with the accommodation benefit for Select Certificates. The certificate may not be used in conjunction with one (1) night complimentary accommodation certificate.

e. This certificate may not be used in conjunction with banquet or fitness & spa benefits at pürovel spa & sport, and not applicable as payment for treatments, massages, sale of goods and rental fees.

f. This certificate has no cash value and no cash refunds will be made if not fully utilized.

 

7. Occasion Certificate

a. Upon presentation of this certificate, the member is entitled to fifty percent (50%) discount off food for a minimum of two (2) people and up to a maximum of ten (10) people at the restaurants.(7c)

Beverages are entitled to standard fifteen percent (15%) discount before service charge and taxes. Choice of beverages and bottles subject to hotel’s discretion – please check with the restaurant in advance. Membership card discount is applied before service charge.

b. For groups of eleven (11) people or more, a fifty percent (50%) discount will be applied for the first ten (10) people. Ten percent (10%) discount will be applied for additional people in excess of ten (10).

c. This certificate can be used at Table36, Hana-Goyomi, Empress Room or The Lounge. SH’UN is valid for a minimum of two (2) people up to a maximum of five (5) people only. (Not valid for Minami)

d. This certificate may not be used on Saturdays and Blackout Dates (1c) (Valid for weekdays, except Blackout Dates. Sundays, Public Holidays)

e. Only one (1) certificate is valid per table, per meal time, and per occasion.

f. Use of this certificate is subject to availability. Advance reservations are required stating an intention to use the certificate.

g. This certificate may be used in conjunction with Complimentary Bottle of House Wine Certificate. However, it cannot be used in conjunction with Life & Style Membership Card discount and JPY 5,000 Discount Certificate.

h. This certificate may not used for selected or promotional menus. Please contact all participating restaurants for more details.

i. This certificate is non-transferable and must be presented upon dining and surrendered in order to receive the benefits.

 

8. Complimentary Bottle of House Wine Certificate
a. This certificate is valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine when two (2) or more people dine at any participating restaurants, TheLounge, and bar.

The bearer may choose to upgrade their choice of wine with this certificate, with a twenty percent (20%) discount extended from a selected wine list based on the restaurant’s discretion. However, JPY 5,000 discount certificate may not be used after wine discount is applied.

Choice of non-alcoholic drinks are also available. Member can redeem up to four (4) complimentary glasses of selected soft drink instead of a bottle of house wine.

b. Only one (1) certificate may be used per meal time, per table, and per occasion.

c. The bottle of house wine must be consumed for dine-in only, and is not valid for take-away.

d. This certificate may not be used in conjunction with Crazy Wednesday discounts.

e. This certificate is fully transferable if the Member’s signature is given and must be presented upon dining and surrendered in order to receive the benefits.

 

9. Select Certificate

This certificate is redeemable for any one (1) of the following below:
a. One (1) complimentary Afternoon Tea Delight (Not applicable on Blackout Dates) and promotional events. Please refer to The Lounge for more details.)

This certificate is valid for One (1) complimentary Afternoon Tea Delight for one (1) person at The Lounge. The member may use up to a maximum of three (3) Select Certificates per meal time, per table, and per occasion. The certificate may not be used in conjunction with any other certificates.

b. One (1) Complimentary access to pürovel spa & sport This certificate is valid for one (1) complimentary access to pürovel spa & sport (gym, sauna & bath and pool, with the exception of treatment menus) for one (1) person. The member may use up to three (3) complimentary access passes to pürovel spa & sport certificates at one time.

c. 20% Discount off Swiss Gourmet (Not applicable on Blackout Dates)

This certificate is valid for twenty percent (20%) discount off take-away products at the Swiss Gourmet.

d. 20% Accommodation Discount
This certificate is valid for twenty percent (20%) discount off the Best Available Room rate. Valid for one (1) room and one (1) night stay only. Certificate may be used in conjunction with one (1) JPY 5,000 Discount Certificate.

e. Accommodation Discount
Accumulate three (3) Select Certificates to enjoy thirty percent (30%) discount off the Best Available Room rate. Valid for one (1) room and one (1) night stay only. Certificate may be used in conjunction with one (1) JPY 5,000 Discount Certificate.

f. Complimentary Lunch Buffet (Valid only on weekdays, with applicable Blackout Dates) Accumulate three (3) Select Certificates to enjoy a complimentary Lunch Buffet at Table36 for two (2) people.
(Not apply to the drink ordered separately)

The certificates may not be used in conjunction with any other certificates.

 

10. Fitness & Spa Benefits

a. The membership card must be presented at pürovel spa & sport with their Select Certificates in order to receive the benefits. This benefit is non-transferable.

b. The Member is entitled to ten percent (10%) discount off membership fee at the pürovel spa & sport. This entitlement is non-transferable.

c. The Member is entitled to fifteen percent (15%) discount off massages. Selected and promotional menus may be excluded from the discount. Please check with pürovel spa & sport in advance. This discount is not applicable to in-room massage treatments.

d. When using pürovel spa & sport’s facilities, please be advised that the pürovel spa & sport membership rules apply. Guests are kindly requested to observe the facility’s rules, and any guest who fail to abide by the rules and regulations may be refused entry or asked to leave the facility.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a. Use of the Membership Card and/or any of the Certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions noted herein. Cancellation and/or refund for any reasons cannot be accepted.

b. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of Hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by the Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the Hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the benefits provided to the Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts of the fee the Member paid to join the membership.

1)Lost or stolen Membership Cards and Certificates: The Member is responsible for their Membership Card and Certificates. Loss or theft of the Membership Card should immediately be reported to the Life & Style Office at (06) 6646-5043. The Member ship Card can be replaced for JPY 3,000 per card, to be paid by the Member. Expiry date will remain as per original expiration date.

2)Certificates cannot be replaced or reissued if lost or stolen.

3)The Membership Card and Certificates are valid until the expiration date printed. The Membership Card and Certificates cannot be extended under any circumstances. Expired Membership Card and Certificates would be null as invalid and voided.

c. The Membership Card and Certificates are the property of the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka. Member is required to present his/her Membership Card and Certificates in order to receive benefits (except for JPY 5,000 Discount Certificates and Complimentary Bottle of House Wine Certificates). The card must be signed by the Member in order to be activated.

d. The use of the benefits is limited to the Member only. The Membership Card and Certificates are strictly non-transferable (unless otherwise stated) and resale of any portion of this membership package to any third person is illegal. Except in cases whereby the membership card or certificate is lost or stolen and is reported in advance, the membership may be invalidated when a membership Card and Certificates are valid for one (1) year (12 months) from the date the Member joined the membership.

In case of continuous membership renewal, the expiration date is one (1) year (12 months) from the renewal month.

f. The Membership Card is not a credit card and has no cash value. The Membership Card and Certificates cannot be exchanged for other benefits, cashed, refunded, sold, or traded.

g. The Membership Card and Certificates may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

h. The management reserves the right to refuse any membership enrollment and cancel the membership without compensation at any time:

1)When the potential Member or the Member belongs to a criminal organization or any anti-social movement.

2)When the Member’s actions and behavior causes disruption toward other hotel guests or team members.

i. The management reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership without compensation at any time if it is suspected that there is a breach of the terms and conditions or the membership is being abused or used fraudulently.

j. The management reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or amend the benefits, the terms and conditions, of membership, without prior notice.

k. Cancellation: The Member may cancel their membership within eight (8)days from date of receiving the Membership Package (The Membership Cards or The Membership temporary cards, The Certificates, and the terms and conditions) with no penalty Such cancellation will only be approved when all The Membership Card and Certificates have been returned unused to the Life & Style office. No refund will be payable until such action has been completed.

PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVACY STATEMENT

Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and Life & Style assure the Member that all his/her personal information will be properly protected within strict confidence in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines as issued by the Japanese Government. The Hotel may need to share such information with our business partners for the enhancement of membership and update its members on any special offers and promotions. The Member has the right to access personal data that is held about him/her, as well as the right to amend or delete such information s/he deem to be inaccurate or out of date.
