From hearty European classics to bold Asian favourites, each dish is thoughtfully prepared using fresh seasonal ingredients to capture the spirit of summer dining.

Enjoy highlights from the Live Kitchen, including Australian BBQ Beef Brisket served with BBQ sauce and pickles, alongside chef-curated seasonal dishes such as French seasonal vegetable gratin, Italian potato gnocchi with tomato sauce, and British crispy white fish fritters with tartar sauce.
