The name Hana-Goyomi translates to flower calendar, paying homage to the restaurant’s changing of sushi and kaiseki menus based on the season’s produce, which includes vegetarian options.

Located at the 10^th floor of the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka, discover the restaurant’s unique farm to table teppanyaki concept unlike any other. The restaurant features seasonal produce from partner farm Senshu Agri in Izumisano, with a fully vegetarian set menu. Interact with other diners in the main teppanyaki table, or choose one of the three available smaller tables.
