Chef Hiroto Yoshida has worked at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka for fifteen years and currently presides over the kitchen at Tavola 36.
Taking his inspiration from seasonal ingredients, Chef Hiroto Yoshida combines classic technique and modern style to create his unique dishes. His years working in Italian and French restaurants in Kansai helped him perfect his roasting techniques, which he uses to bring out the flavours of beef and vegetables. Chef Yoshida’s creative menus are designed to appeal to guests from around the world.
