Indulge in a generous serving of premium, carefully selected ingredients — from tender, simmered abalone and succulent lobster, to Hokkaido crab, grilled eel, and house-made char siu. Savour a refined summer dining experience at Minami Teppanyaki , where premium seasonal ingredients take centre stage. Highlights include live-cooked Ezo abalone, sautéed Hokkaido scallops, and melt-in-the-mouth Japanese black beef sirloin and tenderloin. Paired with fresh vegetables from Senshu Agri Farm and finished with a show-stopping dessert of flambéed seasonal fruit and homemade soufflé pancakes topped with rich caramel sauce made from upcycled Japanese beef fat, this elegant course is crafted to delight both palate and spirit.
