GYM
This facility has a wide-range of fitness equipment and machines, suitable for aerobic exercise, including treadmills, exercise bikes, smith machine and dumbbells. Resident Instructors are present daily to assist members and guests with stretching exercises before and after training. The Gym has a spacious studio where exercise classes including aerobics can be held.
