Enjoy a colourful array of strawberry-inspired creations, complemented by the freshness of spring vegetables and seasonal ingredients like tender spring cabbage, young green onions, shirasu, and cherry shrimp.

In addition to these seasonal delights, the buffet offers a diverse selection of dishes from Japanese to international cuisine—including authentic green curry and shrimp in chili sauce—crafted with care to bring out bold, global flavors.
