Go on a global journey with seasonally-inspired and themed skewers by Chef Koki Otsu, paired with our in-house sommelier’s recommendations from destination featured wine-producing regions. Discover a new destination every two months with a diverse course of Osaka’s specialty kushiage, inspired by flavours and cultures from various locations around the world.

Each guest receives a SH’UN World Travel Series passport – receive a stamp as you indulge in a new destination, and enjoy special treats from Chef Otsu and our team of sommeliers.
