Empress Room’s Chef Leow Leong Lock presents the Artisan Series, bringing you a taste of Chinese cuisine served in artisanal pots especially made by Japanese local artisans.

In July and August, the Empress Room features a barbecue selection which means “oven-baked dishes”. Enjoy the slow-baked Peking Duck, Roasted Pork and a variety of popular savoury dishes in Cantonese style.
