This July and August, travel through food as the chefs of Tavola36 take you to Spain!  Indulge in a red-themed brunch, combining the imagery of the summer sun as you immerse yourself in the Valencian town of Buñol for the La Tomatina Festival or the Bull-Running Festival in Pamplona.

This season’s buffet is lined with colourful dishes made with summer vegetables such as tomatoes, eggplants, and cucumbers, elevated with Spanish flavours and spices, made even better with a carving station and Serrano Ham live station. Quench your thirst with Spanish Sangria from the beverage corner, added to the wine buffet and available for a limited time.

Andalusian Gazpacho with Tomato, Cucumber, Garlic and Sherry Vinegar

Cold: “Tortilla de Patatas” with Spinach with Paprika, Sautéed Onion and Tomato Preserve|“Escalivada” Olive Oil Marinated Vegetables with Eggplant, Red Onion, Paprika, Almond and Tomato

Hot:“Callos a la Madrileña” with Tripe, Chorizo, Pork Belly and Tomato Stew|“Patatas Bravas” with Potato, Brava Sauce, Garlic Aioli and Parsley|Paella with Seafood and Chicken|Roasted Chicken with Tomato and Sage with Hokkaido Potatoes, Eggplants, Olives and Capers

Tavola36 “Rojo” Spanish Brunch is priced at ¥6,000 for Adult, ¥3,000 for Children (4-12 years old), and includes Coffee, Tea and Juices.
