Empress Room’s Chef Leow Leong Lock presents the Artisan Series, bringing you a taste of Chinese cuisine served in artisanal pots especially made by Japanese local artisans.

In May and June, treat yourself to abalone, truffles and other specially selected ingredients crafted into luxurious bite-sized dim sum artworks, and melt in your mouth braised beef in clay pot.
